Position Overview
JLL Project and Development Services seeks an experienced BIM Manager to support Data Centre Project. This role requires a seasoned qualified with comprehensive expertise in both civil and MEP coordination, specifically within large-scale data centre environments.
Key Responsibilities
BIM Strategy and Implementation
• Develop and implement BIM execution plans aligned with project requirements and client expectations for the Data Centre Project
• Establish BIM standards, protocols, and workflows for the project team
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary BIM models ensuring integration across civil, structural, architectural, and MEP systems
• Lead clash detection and resolution processes, facilitating coordination meetings with design consultants and contractors
Technical Leadership
• Oversee the creation, management, and quality control of BIM models across all project phases
• Ensure accurate 3D modeling, 4D sequencing, and 5D cost estimation as required
• Review and validate design deliverables for constructability, compliance, and data centre operational requirements
• Manage federated models and ensure seamless information exchange between project stakeholders
MEP and Civil Coordination
• Lead MEP services coordination with particular focus on data centre-specific systems including cooling infrastructure, power distributio
