Role Summary

We are seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end recruitment activities and deliver strategic hiring solutions that support Vanguard's workforce and business objectives. This role partners closely with hiring managers, HR partners, and business leaders to attract, engage, and hire top talent while driving a high-performing recruitment function.





The ideal candidate combines robust recruiting expertise, people leadership capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and a data-driven approach to talent acquisition. This individual will be responsible for optimizing recruitment processes, building talent pipelines, enhancing employer branding efforts, and coaching a team of recruiters to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with hiring objectives.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Drive sourcing initiatives using job boards, social media platforms, skilled networks, referrals, and other talent channels.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
