Job Description

Associate – GRE Operations realating to Marketing Presentations will play a key role in supporting the Marketing and Investor Relations teams by designing and delivering high‑quality presentations and marketing materials. This role involves creating and maintaining pitchbooks, teasers, biographies, and headshots, while ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines, accuracy, and internal as well as regulatory compliance standards. The position demands strong visual design expertise, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deliverables efficiently in a quick‑paced, deadline‑driven workplace.





Key Responsibilities:
• Design, format, update & enhance high quality pitchbooks, teasers, Brochures, flyers outlook and marketing presentations in line with established brand guidelines.
• Create, update and maintain professional biographies and headshot layouts for the real estate team.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, investment, and compliance teams to gather, interpret and translate content into effective presentations.
• Ensure all materials adhere to branding standards, internal policies, and regulatory compliance requirements
• Edit, proofread, and quality‑check presentations to ensure consistency, accuracy and strong visual impact
• Manage multiple deliverables simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.
