Job Summary:
Caterpillar is seeking a Product Information Management (PIM) Business Analyst to support our Marketing Content Product Management team and help execute digital initiatives to enable our business goals. In this role, you will play a key part in improving how internal teams and dealers search, manage, and use digital assets across our Product Information Management (PIM) system.

You’ll collaborate closely with business partners, product teams, and engineering to understand user needs, identify pain points,



and translate insights into solutions that streamline the asset lifecycle. Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, solid communication skills, and the ability to think big picture, while appreciating why the smallest details matter. This position is essential to enabling faster, more consistent, and higher quality content delivery across Caterpillar. The Business Analyst is accountable for requirement quality, data accuracy, and integration integrity across systems. The PIM Business Analyst (BA) partners closely with the Product Owner and engineering teams to ensure high‑quality requirements, accurate data, and reliable integrations across the PIM ecosystem.
