We are seeking an experienced ELV SME – to lead the design, execution, and commissioning of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems for the Data Centre Project. This role requires a technical subject matter expert with hands-on experience in data centre infrastructure projects who can coordinate multi-stakeholder teams, ensure quality standards, and deliver ELV packages within scope, schedule, and budget. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of ELV systems including access control, CCTV, BMS, fire alarm, public address,
structured cabling, and other low-voltage systems critical to data centre operations.
Key Responsibilities
Planning & Risk Management Plan, schedule, and monitor all ELV-related works throughout the project lifecycle. Identify potential risks early and propose effective mitigation strategies. Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain project momentum.
Design Coordination & Documentation Collaborate with design consultants to ensure timely delivery of all ELV system deliverables including coordination drawings, single-line diagrams (SLDs), schematic drawings, and technical specifications. Review design documents for compliance with project requirements and data centre best practices.
Shop Drawing & Method Statement Management Collect shop drawings from ELV vendors/contractors, validate them with consultants, and issue approved drawings for execution. Obtain an
