Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls, emails, or chat. Address customer queries related to banking products, services, accounts, and transactions. Resolve customer complaints and grievances in a timely and skilled manner. Educate customers about company policies, procedures, and service offerings. Escalate complex issues to relevant departments and ensure proper follow-up. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality. Adhere to company guidelines, compliance standards, and service protocols. Support customer onboarding and basic account-related assistance.

Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: Commerce, Finance, Business Administration).



1–2 years of experience in customer service (banking/financial services preferred but not mandatory). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Robust problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of banking processes and customer service practices. Ability to handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism. Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
Preferred Skills: Experience in call center or banking customer support roles. Familiarity with CRM tools or customer support systems. Ability to handle high-volume customer interactions.
