About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Intern to support our team in client coordination, business development, property onboarding, pre-sales, and follow-up activities. This role provides practical exposure to real estate business operations.

Key Responsibilities
Connect with potential clients and understand their requirements.
Follow up with clients and maintain regular communication.
Coordinate with property owners and clients.
Assist in onboarding current properties.
Understand property requirements such as location, budget, property type, and size.
Support pre-sales and business development activities.
Assist the team in generating and following up on business prospects.




Coordinate with the internal team to match client requirements with available properties.
Participate in field visits when required.
Maintain basic client and property information.
Support other business development activities assigned by the team.

Requirements
Any Degree.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good follow-up and coordination skills.
Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
Comfortable with occasional field visits.
Freshers and students are welcome to apply.
