City Lead – Carpool Promotions (Marketing & Sales)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented City Lead to drive carpool promotions, marketing campaigns, and sales activities across the city. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with field marketing, customer engagement, B2B and B2C campaigns, and building partnerships with apartments, tech parks, and corporate communities.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute B2B and B2C marketing and promotional campaigns.
Drive field campaigns to increase awareness, registrations, and usage of carpooling services.
Organize and manage events, carnivals, and promotional activities at apartments, tech parks, corporate offices, and other high-footfall locations.
Identify and develop partnerships with apartment communities, tech parks, corporates, and local businesses.
Lead on-ground sales and promotional teams during campaigns and events.
Engage directly with customers, employees, residents, and corporate decision-makers.
Generate leads and convert them into users, partners, or business opportunities.
Track campaign performance and provide regular reports on leads, conversions, and user acquisition.
Coordinate with internal marketing, sales,



and operations teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Identify current locations and opportunities for city-level growth.

Requirements
3–6 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Field Marketing, Business Development, or related roles.
Strong experience in B2B and B2C campaigns.
Willingness to actively participate in and lead field campaigns.
Experience organizing events, carnivals, activations, or promotional campaigns.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills.
Ability to build relationships with corporates, apartment associations, tech parks, and other communities.
Strong execution and problem-solving skills.
Target-oriented and comfortable working in a quick-paced workplace.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and activities simultaneously.
