Role Description

The Security Analyst is responsible for coordinating, deploying, configuring, and supporting enterprise security tools across business units and technology settings. The role works closely with infrastructure, application, cloud, and security teams to ensure timely onboarding of assets and successful deployment of security controls while maintaining operational excellence and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

§ Manage & administer Tools Deployment process

§ Deploy and configure security tools by coordinating with business contacts and Tools Support teams within SLAs

§ Collaborate with other internal support teams & business contacts to address the deployment related issues / enhancements / long term solutions.





§ Develop and maintain documentation for security tool configurations and procedures.

§ Work with stakeholders for process improvements & automation.

§ Reports – Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports on different areas as per business requirement.

Required Qualifications

§ Bachelor's degree in any domain

§ Minimum 2 years of experience is required on Infrastructure

Positive too have
Basic knowledge of information security & security tools
Knowledge of IT infrastructure, Servers & Network devices
Work experience on ticketing tools like ServiceNow
Knowledge on Excel – macros / power query
