Your Role:
As a Global HR Compensation Analyst, you will play an key role in the operational delivery of Vanderlande's global compensation programmes across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
You will support market benchmarking, annual merit and incentive cycles, compensation reporting, Workday-related activities, and compensation data management. By preparing and validating data, coordinating stakeholder input, and translating compensation information into transparent insights, you will contribute to accurate and timely compensation decision-making. This role combines analytical rigour with a practical continuous improvement mindset. You will identify opportunities to simplify, standardise, and automate recurring processes, calculations, reporting, and documentation,



helping create compensation processes that are efficient, controlled, and scalable.You will work closely with Total Rewards, HR Technology, Finance Shared Services, and HR stakeholders across different regions to ensure accurate and timely execution of global compensation activities.

What you will do/Key Responsibilities:

Compensation Programme Delivery & Benchmarking (35%)
• Coordinate compensation survey participation and support global benchmarking by collecting, validating, and analysing internal and external compensation data.
• Support annual merit, Short Term Incentive (STI), and Long Term Incentive (LTI) processes.
• Prepare and validate data required for annual compensation cycles.
• Coordinate stakeholder inputs and follow up with managers and HR stakeholders on deadlines and data quality.
• Support employee letter preparation for compensation and incentive programmes.
• Support the end-to-end Sales In
