VACANCY – CHEF DE PARTIE (CDP) – TANDOOR

Laxmi Film City Resorts & Club, Vadodara is looking for experienced and passionate CDP – Tandoor to join our Kitchen Team.

Position: Chef de Partie (CDP) – Tandoor

Experience: 3–5 Years in Tandoor / Indian Cuisine

Location: Laxmi Film city Resorts & Club, Ajwa Road, Vadodara, Gujarat

Industry: Hotel / Resort / Restaurant

Sharing Accomodation will be provided

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare authentic Indian & Tandoor dishes as per standard recipes.

Handle Tandoor section independently and maintain consistent food quality.

Ensure proper food preparation, presentation, taste and hygiene standards.

Monitor food stock, wastage and portion control.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and Tandoor section.





Coordinate with Sous Chef / Executive Chef for smooth kitchen operations.

Follow FSSAI food safety and hygiene standards.

Candidate Profile:

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Tandoor / Indian cuisine.

Valuable knowledge of Tandoor cooking techniques and Indian food.

Robust kitchen discipline and team coordination skills.

Ability to work under pressure and during busy operations.

Hotel, Resort or reputed Restaurant experience preferred.
