We are looking for an experienced and technically solid Senior Software Engineer to join our engineering team and contribute to the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-performance software applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Kafka, along with a solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices, APIs, and backend development.
In this role, you will work closely with product managers, architects, QA engineers, and other developers to build reliable backend solutions that can scale with business needs. You will also be expected to contribute to technical decisions, conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and mentor junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and maintain robust RESTful APIs and microservices for enterprise applications.




• Develop event-driven applications and integrate distributed systems using Apache Kafka.
• Design Kafka producers and consumers, manage topics, partitions, consumer groups, and message-processing workflows.
• Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-tested code following software engineering best practices.
• Analyze technical requirements and translate them into scalable and productive software solutions.
• Optimize application performance, reliability, scalability, and resource utilization.
• Troubleshoot production issues and participate in root-cause analysis and resolution.
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to improving engineering standards and development practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, DevOps, and architecture teams.
• Participate in system design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Mentor junior developers and support knowledge-sharing
