About the Role

We are hiring a Manager – Cost Control & QS for a premium plotted development project. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in quantity surveying, project cost control, contractor billing, and financial monitoring of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review BOQ, quantity estimates and rate analysis
Handle contractor bills, measurements and certification
Monitor project costs and ensure effective cost control
Review and manage variations, deviations and extra items
Prepare MIS reports related to project costs and budgets
Handle final accounts and reconciliation
Coordinate with contractors, consultants and project teams




Track project expenses against approved budgets
Support cost estimation and commercial decision-making

Candidate Requirements
5–8 years of relevant experience in Cost Control / Quantity Surveying
Solid knowledge of BOQ, QS, rate analysis and contractor billing
Experience in cost monitoring, variations and final accounts
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting
Experience in plotted development, villa or residential projects will be preferred
Strong analytical and coordination skills
