Responsibilities:
Call and follow up with student leads
Explain study abroad program( UK, Australia, Europe, etc.)
Schedule appointments for counsellors
Maintain call records and update CRM
Handle basic student queries and build rapport
Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets
Requirements:
Positive communication skills (Malayalam)
Prior telecalling / sales experience preferred
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, etc.)
Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
Salary & Perks:
₹12,500 – ₹25,000 + Incentives
