Job Responsibilities:

MIS Reporting & Variance Analysis
Prepare periodic MIS packs (P&L;, balance sheet movement, cash flow summary, key ratios) for management review.
Track budget vs actuals and perform variance analysis with actionable commentary for finance leadership.
Assist in project-wise cost tracking and monitor major cost heads vs budgets.

Audit & Compliance (Valuable to have: Statutory audit exposure)
Coordinate statutory audit requirements: prepare audit schedules, respond to auditor queries, and support closure of observations.
Support internal controls documentation and compliance checklists.
Assist in maintaining documentation for vendor/customer balances, contracts, and supporting for accounting positions.

Taxation & Regulatory Support
Support GST/TDS compliances: reconciliations, workings, data validation, and coordination for filings (with internal/external consultants).
Assist in responding to notices/queries and maintaining compliance records.

Banking, Payments & Treasury Support




Support payment processing controls (maker-checker), vendor reconciliations, and ageing analysis.
Assist in bank reconciliations, fund utilization tracking, and preparing data for bankers/financiers where required.

Project Coordination / Project Management (Good to have)
Coordinate with project teams to track certification, billing, collections data, and cost bookings.
Help maintain trackers for key deliverables (closing calendar, audit schedules, compliance dates, MIS timelines).

Financial Accounting & Closing
Overview day-to-day accounting entries, scrutiny, and ledger hygiene (GL, sub-ledgers, inter-company, advances).
Support monthly/quarterly/year-end closing activities, including provisions, accruals, reconciliations, and schedules.
Ensure correct accounting treatment for real estate transactions (customer receipts, vendor bills, RCM/credits where applicable, capitalization, expenses).

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per month
