JOB PURPOSE:

Provide senior individual-contributor technical leadership for OTC formulation science, product design, development, scale-up, technology transfer, regulatory technical support,



and lifecycle management across consumer healthcare products and dosage forms.

The Principal Scientist, OTC Formulation is a individual-contributor technical authority responsible for shaping formulation strategy and resolving complex technical challenges across OTC consumer healthcare development programs. The role reports to the Senior Principal Scientist, OTC Product Development / Formulation Science, and operates through technical depth, cross-functional influence, senior review, governance, and mentorship rather than direct line management.
