Location: Ahmedabad – Onsite
Shift: US Shift | 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST
Experience: Freshers & 6 Months–2+ Years
Employment Type: Full time

Job Responsibilities
Market and promote IT consultants on bench to US recruiters and vendors.
Search and identify suitable IT requirements through Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and other job portals.
Match consultants with suitable job requirements and submit profiles.
Handle C2C, W2, and Full-Time opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with US recruiters and vendors.
Follow up on submissions, interviews, and application status.
Coordinate with candidates and recruiters throughout the hiring process.
Maintain accurate records of submissions, interviews, and follow-ups.

Requirements
Freshers are welcome to apply.
6 months–2+ years of experience in Bench Sales, Application Recruitment, or US IT Staffing is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.




Willingness to learn US IT recruitment and staffing processes.
Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable working in the US night shift.
