Role - Sr.Specialist - FCU Projects
Department - Financial Crime

Key Responsibilities:
'System Development and Refinement:
Define build requirements for current systems and dashboards, ensuring alignment with the COE's strategic goals.
Continuously refine system requirements to enable the build of the latest capabilities.
Product Roadmap:
Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap, outlining key milestones and deliverables.
Ensure the product roadmap aligns with the overall financial crime prevention strategy of the COE.
Progress Tracking:
Track the progress of system builds and enhancements, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
Use project management tools to monitor and report on the status of ongoing projects.
Requirement Prioritization:
Prioritize requirements based on business needs, risk assessments, and stakeholder inputs.
Ensure that the most critical features and enhancements are delivered first.
Requirement Detailing:
Work closely with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements for system builds and enhancements.




Document requirements clearly and comprehensively to facilitate smooth development and testing from financial crime perspective.
Coordination with Tech Team:
Act as the primary liaison between the COE and the technology team, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements.
Facilitate regular meetings and updates to ensure alignment and address any issues promptly.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
Oversee the testing of new systems and enhancements, ensuring they meet the defined requirements and quality standards as a part of the requirements of FC-COE.
Coordinate with the QA team to ensure thorough testing and timely resolution of any defects as a part of the requirements of FC-COE.
Team Leadership:
Provide guidance and support to the team members involved in system development and enhancement projects.
