Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Phlebotomist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting blood samples safely and efficiently while providing a comfortable and professional experience for patients.

Key Responsibilities
Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection.
Properly identify patients and verify laboratory orders.
Label, handle, and transport specimens according to established procedures.
Follow infection-control and safety protocols.
Maintain accurate patient and specimen records.
Prepare patients for blood collection and explain the procedure clearly.
Handle difficult or special blood draws with appropriate care.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the phlebotomy area.
Communicate effectively with patients, nurses, physicians, and laboratory staff.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.




Phlebotomy certification/training preferred.
Previous phlebotomy or healthcare experience preferred.
Solid attention to detail and specimen-handling skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate and patient-focused attitude.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare workplace.
