Salary: ₹35,000–₹45,000 per month plus performance-based incentives
Additional performance-based incentives: Up to ₹10,000 per month
We are looking for a Clinical Cosmetologist with a BDS degree and at least one year of hands-on experience in both hair and skin treatments.
Mandatory qualifications:
BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) degree is mandatory.
At least one year of hands-on experience in both hair and skin treatments in a clinical cosmetology or aesthetic clinic is mandatory (deal-breaker).
Robust patient communication and counselling skills.
Ability to work at our Dilsukhnagar branch.
Responsibilities:
Conduct patient consultations and discuss skin and hair concerns.
Perform treatments within your qualifications, training and clinic protocols.
Explain treatment plans, aftercare and realistic expectations.
Maintain accurate patient records and follow hygiene and safety protocols.
Coordinate with the clinic team for patient follow-ups.
