We are Pushpa Prakash Films, a fast-growing YouTube Video Production Company and Media House based in Bhayander East, Mumbai. We own and manage multiple successful YouTube channels, including Kamao Aur Kamane Do, Rajnikant Sharma, and Franchise Ki Baat.

We are now launching an exciting new media concept focused on Podcasts and Case Study Videos, allowing clients and corporate brands to collaborate and feature themselves on our platforms. To support this rapid expansion, we are looking for a smart, energetic, and self-motivated HR Executive to build our core team and manage daily operations

Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment: Source, screen, and short-list creative talent for our expanding team, specifically focusing on Corporate Sales Executives, Content Writers, Video Editors and Graphic Designers using Indeed, LinkedIn, and Internshala.
Interview Scheduling: Conduct initial telephonic screening rounds and efficiently coordinate the final interview rounds with the Company Owner.
Office & Client Coordination: Manage day-to-day office operations, employee onboarding, and attendance tracking.




Guest & Podcast Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for podcast guests. This includes reaching out to high-profile guests/brands via email, managing invitations, tracking their arrival on the shoot day, and ensuring smooth coordination at the studio.

Requirements:
Experience: 1 to 2 years (BBA/MBA HR graduates OR Any graduate with a passion for digital media/YouTube industry are highly preferred).
Skills: Robust communication and convincing skills in both Hindi & English.
Tools: Basic knowledge of MS Excel and hiring portals (Indeed, LinkedIn and Others).
Mindset: A proactive go-getter who can work independently with ownership in a energetic media setting.

Salary: ₹15,000 - 20,000 per month (Fixed)
Working Days & Shift: Monday to Saturday (11 AM - 8 PM)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Bachelor's (Required)
