Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our property. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, optimizing financial performance, and cultivating a high-performing staff culture. You will direct all hotel services, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence & Guest Experience
Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments (Front Desk, Housekeeping, F&B;, Maintenance) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Establish and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maximize operational efficiency and property cleanliness.

Facility Management & Compliance
Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules to preserve property assets, equipment, and aesthetics.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in similar role

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
