Role Overview

We are looking for an HR Operations professional who can help build and streamline HR systems, processes, and employee experience as the company scales globally.

This role will work closely with leadership to ensure productive HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and process automation.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations
Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit).
Maintain and update employee records, documentation, and HRIS systems.
Ensure HR compliance, policies, and documentation are maintained.

Employee Experience
Act as the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR processes.




Support employee engagement initiatives and HR programs.

Process & Automation
Improve HR workflows, documentation, and operational processes.
Work with internal teams to build automation-first HR operations.

HR Analytics & Reporting
Track and maintain HR metrics, reports, and workforce data.
Support leadership with HR dashboards and insights.

What We Are Looking For
2–5 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist roles
Experience managing employee lifecycle processes
Exposure to HRIS systems, HR documentation, and compliance
Robust organizational and communication skills
Comfortable working in quick-paced startup environments

Nice to Have
Experience working in startup or high-growth environments
Exposure to automation tools or HR analytics
