HR Lead – Manufacturing

We are looking for an experienced “HR Lead” to build and manage the HR function for a growing manufacturing organization. The role will partner closely with Management, Operations, Production, Quality, R&D;, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
Drive manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and workforce deployment.
Manage plant/manufacturing HR, employee relations, attendance, shifts, and grievances.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and contractor compliance.
Drive performance management, training & development, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, processes, and HRMS systems.
Prepare HR MIS, dashboards, manpower budgets,



and analytics for management.
Support organization development, succession planning, and capability building.

Ideal Candidate:

MBA/PGDM in HR preferred, with *5–10 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in manufacturing/engineering. Strong knowledge of Indian labour compliance, recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and HR analytics is expected.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
