As we scale this ecosystem, we need a visionary SRE Engineer to champion the reliability practices that will ensure our digital transformation succeeds - because when our systems falter, people miss the sounds that matter most.
What you will do
• Support Reliability Architecture: Contribute to reliability standards and architectural best practices for distributed systems, microservices,



and event-driven platforms.

• Build Highly Available Systems: Design and implement resilient systems, including multi-region deployments, failover, and disaster recovery capabilities.

• Drive Operational Excellence: Implement SLIs, SLOs, reliability metrics, incident management, RCA, and continuous improvement practices.

• Build Cloud Infrastructure: Develop and automate cloud infrastructure using Kubernetes, Terraform, Bicep, and cloud-agnostic architecture approaches.

• Implement Observability: Build monitoring, logging, and distributed tracing solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.

• Develop Distributed & Messaging Systems: Work with microservices, event-driven architectures, and messaging platforms such as Azure Service Bus, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.

• Collaborate & Mentor: Work closely with engineering and platform teams, share SRE best practices, contribute to technical decisions
