Job Summary

We are looking for a digital marketing specialist with 1–2 years of experience to manage and execute digital marketing campaigns for our real estate projects. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in lead generation, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Canva, video editing, and website management.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns for real estate projects.
Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to generate quality leads.
Develop effective lead generation strategies and monitor campaign performance.
Create engaging social media creatives, advertisements, and promotional content using Canva.
Edit short-form videos/Reels for Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
Manage and update the company website, including content, images, project information, and landing pages.
Monitor leads, campaign performance, CPL, conversions, and overall ROI.
Conduct basic audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword research.




Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Prepare regular reports on digital marketing campaigns and lead performance.
Maintain and improve the company's social media presence.

Ability to work independently and meet campaign targets.
Creative, analytical, and result-oriented approach.
