Job Title/Role: Product Manager - Fintech & Payment Partnerships
Department: Payments & Fintech Partnerships
Job Purpose:
IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our team and lead our Fintech & Payment Partnerships division. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing our partnerships with Fintech companies and payment providers to drive growth and innovation in our digital products and services.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for Fintech & Payment Partnerships, in alignment with the bank's overall business objectives
• Identify and evaluate potential Fintech and payment partners, and negotiate partnerships and agreements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Fintech and payment solutions into the bank's digital products and services
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify recent opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch,



and continuously improve and enhance existing products
• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify customer needs and preferences, and incorporate them into product development
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics for the Fintech & Payment Partnerships division
• Build and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders, including Fintech partners, payment providers, and internal teams
• Stay updated on regulatory and compliance requirements related to Fintech and payment partnerships, and ensure adherence to all relevant guidelines and regulations

Educational Qualifications:
Graduation: Bachelor of Commerce (B.com) / Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Arts (BA) / Bachelor of Business & Insurance (BBI) / Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS)
Post-Graduation: Master of Business Administration (MBA) / Master of Commerce (M.com) / Master of Art
