Identify, mobilise, and onboard volunteers from colleges, universities, corporates, institutions, and individual networks to achieve AVP targets.
Build and maintain robust relationships with educational institutions, corporates, schools, and other partner organisations to create sustainable volunteering prospects.
Coordinate with RMs, ALs, Ignators, Program Team, and other stakeholders for effective planning and implementation of volunteer activities.
Provide end-to-end support to volunteers, from onboarding and hands-on orientation to completion of their volunteering engagement.
Plan and coordinate volunteer engagements based on school requirements, grade, subject, location, duration, and program needs.
Travel across the assigned region for institutional engagement, volunteer coordination, school visits, session monitoring, and AVP implementation.
Work regularly on the AVP Portal and ensure accurate and timely entry and updating of volunteer, institution, school, session, and program data.




Maintain accurate AVP records and track key indicators such as volunteer onboarding, volunteer engagement, sessions conducted, schools covered, and student reach.
Monitor volunteer-led sessions periodically, document observations, and coordinate necessary followup actions to maintain program quality.
Participate in AVP monthly reviews and present progress, data, challenges, observations, and action points.
Validate data regularly and ensure consistency between the AVP Portal, trackers, and reports.
Identify implementation challenges, delays, and risks and escalate them to the RM and Program Manager for timely action.
