Job Description – Sales/Business Development Engineer/Manager (Electrical / IoT Solutions)

We are looking for a energetic Field Sales / Business Development professional with experience in Electrical Sales, Solution Sales, Industrial Sales, or IoT-based solutions to drive business growth in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits and customer engagement.
Generate leads, build customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.
Conduct customer meetings, understand requirements, and propose suitable solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry generation to order closure.
Develop relationships with OEMs, EPCs, consultants, and industrial customers.
Support sales of electrical, automation,



IoT, and solution-based offerings.

Qualification & Skills:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech (Electrical preferred).
3–5 years of experience in Field Sales / Business Development.
Experience in Electrical products, Industrial solutions, Automation, or IoT sales preferred.
Robust communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions.

Preferred Background: Electrical manufacturing, automation, IoT solutions, EPC, or industrial solution companies.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
