About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-friendly individuals to join our The Brownie Circle café outlets in Madurai / Tiruchengode.

This is a outstanding opportunity for freshers who are interested in starting their career in the café, hospitality, food & beverage, or customer service industry.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide friendly service.
Take customer orders and assist with billing.
Explain brownies, desserts, beverages, and other menu items.
Serve and pack orders accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the café.
Coordinate with the kitchen/preparation team.
Assist with opening and closing activities.
Check and maintain basic stock levels.
Ensure customers have a pleasant café experience.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Support the team with day-to-day café operations.

Candidate Requirements
Freshers are welcome to apply.




12th pass or above.
Hospitality, hotel management, food & beverage, or customer service background is an advantage but not mandatory.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, energetic, and presentable.
Willingness to learn.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Comfortable working in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
