Key Responsibilities :-
Surface Preparation: Clean, sand, mask, and feather-edge surfaces. Fill dents, scratches, and cavities with putty for a smooth finish.
Color Matching & Mixing: Mix paints and primers precisely according to vehicle color codes and manufacturer specifications.
Paint Application: Operate spray guns and equipment in a specialized paint booth to apply primers, bases, and transparent coats.
Quality Inspection: Inspect painted surfaces for runs, sags, dust, or unpainted spots, performing buffing or polishing as needed.
Safety & Maintenance: Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE/respirators) and maintain clean, secure body shop and hazardous waste disposal standards.

Requirements & Qualifications :-
High school diploma or vocational training certificate.
1 to 5+ years of practical auto body painting and refinishing experience.
