About the role
The Contract and Commercial Lead role is responsible for leading the commercial, contractual and sourcing activity across the technology and infrastructure estate.



This role will combine commercial leadership, contract management, technology sourcing and infrastructure expertise, ensuring that the organisation obtains the right technology capabilities, commercial outcomes and contractual protections from its strategic suppliers. The role partners closely with senior Technology and Finance leadership to optimise technology investments and support strategic decision-making across a complex and evolving technology landscape.

The individual will have a robust understanding of technology and infrastructure services, including the underlying technologies, licensing models, commercial constructs and supplier landscape. They will lead complex RFI/RFP processes and identify opportunities to consolidate suppliers, simplify the technology estate and improve commercial leverage.
