Job Description

ServiceNow's Security & Risk Unit is at the forefront of AI-powered security innovation, delivering solutions that help enterprise customers detect, respond to, and remediate security threats at scale. As our AI security business continues its rapid growth trajectory,



we're expanding our product management team to drive the next generation of AI in Security Incident Response and AI-to-AI security integrations.
As a Sr. Principal Product Manager, you'll lead product strategy and execution of deploying AI features in Security Incident Response (SIR) – while working closely with our large customer base, and partner ecosystem, to ensure customers successfully deploy, and gain value of existing AI solutions.
You’ll also own integrating ServiceNow's AI security solutions with third-party AI systems from leading partners & vendors. You'll be instrumental in defining how ServiceNow’s AI agents communicate and collaborate across security platforms, enabling customers to orchestrate Agentic Incident Response (AIR) workflows across their entire security ecosystem.
