Key Responsibilities:-
Contact potential customers through phone calls using company-provided leads.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about our services.
Identify genuine prospects and maintain regular follow-ups.
Build a positive relationship with prospective customers through professional communication.
Update call details, customer responses, and follow-up information accurately.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation goals.
Coordinate with the team to ensure proper follow-up of interested customers.
Candidate Profile:-
Graduate in any discipline.
Fresher to 1 year of telecalling, customer support, sales, or related experience preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
Basic knowledge of computers and data entry.
