Job Responsibilities:
Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and customer outstanding follow-ups.
Reconcile Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa and other marketplace settlements.
Maintain invoice tracking and collection records.
Handle sales returns, credit notes and GRN coordination.
Prepare AR ageing reports and follow up on overdue payments.
Analyse marketplace deductions like TDS, commissions and returns.
Reconcile marketplace TCS credits and maintain proper accounting records.
Work on ZOHO Books and maintain accurate financial data.
Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable / E-commerce reconciliation.
Experience with Amazon Seller Central / Flipkart Seller Hub preferred.
Positive knowledge of accounting and reconciliation.
B.Com / M.Com qualification.
ZOHO Books experience will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
