Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to align HR strategies with business objectives and support organizational growth. The ideal candidate will have robust experience in employee relations, performance management, talent management, workforce planning, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to understand and support organizational goals.
Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance management initiatives.
Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
Support talent acquisition, succession planning, and workforce planning.
Monitor and improve HR policies, processes, and compliance.
Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to management.
Lead performance appraisal and talent development programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.




Collaborate with department heads on organizational development initiatives.

Requirements
MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
8+ years of HR Generalist/HRBP experience.
Robust knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Experience in employee relations, performance management, and stakeholder management.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HRMS, MS Excel, and reporting tools.
