Job Summary

We are looking for a Logistics Executive with at least 1 year of experience in logistics operations. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, strong knowledge of Advanced Excel, and the ability to efficiently coordinate logistics activities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day logistics and transportation operations.
Coordinate with transporters, vendors, customers, and internal teams.
Track shipments, deliveries, and vehicle movements.
Prepare and maintain logistics reports and records.
Handle documentation related to dispatch, delivery, and transportation.
Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely deliveries.
Use Advanced Excel for MIS, reporting, data analysis, and tracking.
Resolve logistics-related issues and coordinate for quick resolution.
Maintain accurate records of logistics activities and inventory movement.

Required Skills




Minimum 1 year of experience in Logistics/Transportation.
Solid knowledge of Advanced Excel – VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, MIS, etc.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Valuable analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
Basic knowledge of logistics documentation and processes.

Preferred Candidate
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Candidates with experience in logistics operations, dispatch, transportation, or supply chain will be preferred.
Good communication and Excel skills are mandatory.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
