Job Responsibilities:
Recruit and onboard current insurance advisors/agents.
Train and guide agents on insurance products and sales techniques.
Help agents generate leads and acquire recent customers.
Achieve monthly/annual business and premium targets through the agency network.
Motivate and monitor agent performance.
Maintain robust relationships with existing agents and keep them active.
Assist agents in customer meetings, policy sales, and conversion.
Ensure proper documentation, KYC, and compliance with company/regulatory guidelines.
Prepare sales and performance reports for management.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
