Technical Project Manager – MERN Stack

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end software development projects and ensure timely delivery.
Manage and mentor technical/development teams.
Solid hands-on experience with MERN Stack – MongoDB, Express.js, React.js & Node.js.
Review technical architecture, code quality and development practices.
Coordinate with Product, QA, UI/UX, DevOps and business teams.
Manage project planning, timelines, risks, resources and stakeholder communication.
Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:
11+ years of overall experience in software development/project management.
Minimum 5–6+ years of hands-on MERN Stack development experience.
Robust knowledge of Node.js, React.js, MongoDB, Express.js, REST APIs and Git.
Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing multiple projects and technical teams.

Pay: Up to ₹3,000,000.00 per year
