Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to manage and oversee day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of recruitment, payroll, compliance, employee engagement, HRMIS, performance management, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process.
Handle onboarding, joining formalities, documentation, and employee records.
Manage and monitor payroll processes, attendance, leaves, and salary-related activities.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
Maintain and update HRMIS/HRMS records and employee databases.
Develop and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Handle employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.
Manage performance management and appraisal processes.
Prepare and implement HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
Manage HR operations including attendance, leave management, employee documentation, and exits.
Coordinate training and development activities.
Prepare HR reports, MIS,



and workforce-related analytics for management.
Ensure effective communication between employees and management.
Handle disciplinary matters in accordance with company policies.
Support organizational development and workforce planning.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
4–6 years of relevant HR experience preferred.

The ideal candidate should be confident, organized, people-oriented, and capable of independently handling multiple HR functions while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Salary: As per company standards and candidate experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
