Job Description

The Information Security Analyst is responsible for supporting the administration, configuration,



enhancement, and operational stability of the Archer IRM platform used across enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) programs.
This role works closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and senior technical team members to deliver Archer solutions that support Information Security, Third-Party Risk Management, Privacy, Compliance, Business Continuity, and Audit functions. The ideal candidate will have experience with Archer administration, Agile delivery practices, and enterprise application support while demonstrating a solid commitment to customer service and continuous improvement.

Platform Administration & Development
• Support the day-to-day administration, configuration, and maintenance of the Archer IRM platform.
• Configure and maintain Archer applications, workflows, questionnaires, dashboards, reports, notifications, and layouts.
