Role PurposeLead the Joints & VELYS business across the assigned region by driving sales growth, market share expansion, strategic account development, and adoption of advanced orthopedic technologies. Responsible for building high-performing teams, strengthening surgeon and hospital partnerships, and delivering sustainable business results.
