Sales Manager – Real Estate

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented real estate sales manager to join our team.

Real estate industry experience is MANDATORY. We are looking for a candidate who has genuine, hands-on experience in real estate sales, customer handling, property sales, lead conversion, and team management.

Male or female candidates can apply. Gender is not important—proven real estate sales experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead the real estate sales team.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Handle property enquiries, leads, site visits, and customer follow-ups.
Convert leads into successful property sales.
Develop new customer and business prospects.
Conduct and monitor property site visits.
Train, motivate, and monitor sales team performance.
Build strong relationships with customers and clients.
Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
Develop effective strategies to increase property sales.

Mandatory Requirements
Real estate sales experience is compulsory.




Candidates must have proven practical experience in the real estate industry.
Experience in property sales, real estate marketing, lead generation, or property brokerage is preferred.
Previous experience managing a real estate sales team is an advantage.
Solid communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Must be comfortable with field work, customer meetings, and site visits.
Target-oriented and capable of achieving sales results.
