We are looking for an experienced HR Manager – Generalist & Strategic HR to lead HR operations while partnering with management on people strategy, organisational development and employee performance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complete employee lifecycle – hiring to exit.
Drive HR policies, processes and HR operations.
Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organisational structure.
Manage performance reviews, KRAs, PIPs and employee development.
Handle employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters.
Oversee payroll, HRMS and statutory compliance.
Drive employee engagement, retention and company culture.
Develop HR dashboards,
reports and people analytics.
Identify HR gaps and implement scalable processes.
Support leadership in strategic HR and people-related decisions.
Candidate Profile
10+ years of overall HR experience with strong Generalist HR exposure.
MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
Robust knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, performance management and compliance.
Excellent stakeholder and leadership management skills.
Ability to work independently in a rapid-paced organisation.
Strong business and strategic HR mindset.
