Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to expand our market presence, drive sales of our smart home automation products, and build solid customer relationships across our branch locations.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities in the electrical and automation sector
Promote and sell smart home solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial clients
Build and maintain relationships with distributors, contractors, architects, and end customers
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts,



and market analysis
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Gather market intelligence on competitor activities and pricing
Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements
Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
0–2 years of experience in sales/marketing (freshers with strong communication skills may apply)
Knowledge of electrical products, automation, or smart home systems is a plus
Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented with a proactive and结果-driven mindset
Willingness to travel across Mysore, Hubli, Bangalore, and Udupi branches
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is advantageous
Local language proficiency (Kannada) and English communication skills required

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
