Front Office Executive – Dental Clinic

Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Office Executive to manage the reception and administrative operations of our dental clinic. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in a dental clinic or hospital and should be comfortable handling patient appointments, billing, and front desk responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist patients in a skilled and courteous manner.
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
Register new patients and maintain accurate patient records.
Handle phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and email communications.
Coordinate with dentists and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
Manage billing, payments, invoices, and daily cash reconciliation.
Process insurance documentation (if applicable).
Maintain confidentiality of patient records.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Follow up with patients regarding appointments and treatment plans.




Handle patient queries and resolve concerns professionally.

Requirements
Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Front Office Executive/Receptionist in a dental clinic or hospital (mandatory).
Graduate in any discipline.
Positive communication skills in English and the local language.
Proficiency in MS Office and clinic/hospital management software.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Skilled appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with dental practice management software.
Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
Experience handling insurance claims and patient billing.

Salary

₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.

Location: NATIONAL DENTAL CARE

Pay: ₹15,832.48 - ₹22,298.74 per month
