Position: OPD Assistant
Department: Out Patient Department (OPD)
Location: Jabalpur Hospital & Research Centre, Jabalpur

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in smooth day-to-day functioning of the OPD.
Register patients, manage appointments and guide patients to respective departments/doctors.
Assist doctors and nursing staff during OPD consultations.
Maintain patient records and ensure proper documentation.
Coordinate with Reception, Billing, Diagnostics and other departments.
Ensure proper patient flow, communication and courteous patient handling.
Follow hospital policies, infection control and patient safety protocols.

Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
Experience: 0–2 years in hospital/healthcare setting preferred.
Skills: Valuable communication, basic computer knowledge, patient-handling skills and a service-oriented attitude.

Pay: From ₹8,000.00 per month
