About the Role

Health Bloom is looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive (BDE) to support business growth and build strong relationships with doctors, healthcare professionals, corporate clients, and potential partners.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop current business opportunities and partnerships.
Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, corporates, and other potential clients as required.
Conduct field visits and meetings to generate leads and promote Health Bloom's services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral partners.
Follow up with leads and convert opportunities into business.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Maintain records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and conversions.
Achieve assigned business development and revenue targets.
Represent Health Bloom professionally during meetings and field visits.

Requirements:
6 months to 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, Healthcare Sales, or a related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with field work and client visits.




Solid follow-up and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Willingness to travel within Bengaluru.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Candidates with healthcare/diagnostic/hospital sales experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
