Insurance Operations Executive – General Insurance

Role:
We are looking for an Insurance Operations Executive with experience in General Insurance policy servicing and backend operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle policy issuance, renewals, endorsements & documentation.
Coordinate with insurance companies for quotes and policy-related work.
Handle customer queries and servicing.
Maintain policy, endorsement & claim records.
Prepare MIS and Excel reports.
Coordinate with Sales and other internal teams.

Insurance Products: Fire, Burglary, Marine, CAR, EAR, GMC, GPA, WC & others.

Requirements:
2–6 years of experience in General Insurance Operations.
Positive knowledge of policies,



endorsements & claims.
Good knowledge of MS Excel & Word.
Good communication and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
