Join Wärtsilä as a Lead Software Engineer and drive the development of advanced Siemens Teamcenter and Active Workspace (AWC) solutions that enable digital engineering excellence. In this role, you'll lead complex PLM customizations, integrations and modernization initiatives,



collaborate with global stakeholders and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that support Wärtsilä's digital transformation journey. Working with cutting-edge technologies, you'll play a key role in shaping future-ready engineering systems and best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test and maintain Teamcenter Active Workspace customizations for Wärtsilä PDM/PLM solutions

• Implement AWC declarative configurations, including commands, panels, view models, conditions, stylesheets/XRT, search and object presentation.

• Develop and support Teamcenter server-side extensions using ITK, SOA services and BMIDE-based data-model changes.

• Assess requirements and recommend configuration, customization or de-customization approaches with focus on standard functionality, maintainability and upgrade readiness.
